穀胱甘肽(Glutathione)是一種抗氧化劑,又簡稱為GSH,它主要由三種胺基酸組成:麩醯胺酸(glutamine)、甘胺酸(glycine)、半胱胺酸(cysteine)。
穀胱甘肽是人體也可以自己生成的物質,但人體穀胱甘肽含量可能因多種因素而降低,包括飲食不均衡、營養不良、環境毒素和生活壓力,且穀胱甘肽的水平也會隨著年齡的增長而下降。
穀胱甘肽除了人體自己生成外,還可以以注射、吸入、膠囊和液體形式的口服補充劑。[1]
1. 幫助養顏美容,青春美麗
一項研究表明,口服穀胱甘肽可幫助養顏美容,適合長時間曬太陽而想加強保養的族群,且外用和口服穀胱甘肽的組合可能優於單一的補充[2]。此外,另一實驗研究顯示可以幫助青春養顏。[6]
2. 幫助促進新陳代謝
一項研究報告稱,靜脈注射穀胱甘肽可以幫助促進代謝,尤其對於飲酒性族群也有幫助[3],在另一項小型研究發現,口服穀胱甘肽對於幫助代謝也有幫助。[4]
3. 幫助運動效率
研究顯示,維生素C和穀胱甘肽具有緊密關聯的抗氧化功能,研究調查了這兩種物質的聯合攝取量,會影響運動效率。[5]
4. 幫助入睡

穀胱甘肽是一種安全性食品類,根據衛福部建議,穀胱甘肽每日建議攝取量上限為250 毫克,一般族群適量的攝取不會有危害與副作用,但曾有研究指出懷孕期間服用可能出現風險,因此衛福部建議,對穀胱甘肽過敏者、孕婦、哺乳婦女、嬰幼兒等族群應避免食用。
